Delivery Information

Please note a signature is required on delivery. If nobody is at the delivery address the courier will leave a calling card with details for you to make alternative arrangements to retrieve your parcel. Unfortunately it is not possible to specify a delivery time.

Our special delivery service is provided by Royal Mail who uses a track and trace method to confirm receipt of delivery.

Please note that Royal mail do not deliver on Sundays. Saturday delivery is dependent on whether Royal Mail offers a Saturday delivery in your area.

Jewellery items on the same order are grouped for postage.

Free Special Delivery Return Included

UK customers only.

1. Wrap your item carefully in protective packaging.
2. Print your order confirmation email and place inside package.
   
3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and request "Special Delivery".
4. Don't forget to request proof of postage and a tracking number, and hold on to this info just in case.
