Mainland UK Return Delivery

Your replated jewellery will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be charged for this when you place your order.

We offer free delivery for orders over £100.00. This will automatically be applied if you meet the qualifying value when you place your order.

Please note a signature is required on delivery. If nobody is at the delivery address the courier will leave a calling card with details for you to make alternative arrangements to retrieve your parcel. Unfortunately it is not possible to specify a delivery time.

The Royal Mail Special Delivery service uses a track and trace method to confirm receipt of delivery.

Please note that Royal mail do not deliver on Sundays. Saturday delivery is dependent on whether Royal Mail offers a Saturday delivery in your area.

Jewellery items on the same order are grouped for postage.

Sending Your Jewellery Items to Us

1. Wrap your item carefully in protective packaging.

2. Print your order confirmation email and place inside package.

3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and request "Special Delivery".

4. Request proof of postage and a tracking number, and hold on to this info just in case.
