We take great care to ensure the highest quality plating results. If you're unhappy with your replated jewellery Just reach out to our friendly team via Live Chat or our contact us page.

We cannot guarantee plating longevity or durability on Costume jewellery made of a non-precious metal.

Please visit our plating thickness guide prior to placing your order, we cannot guarantee durability on items that have not followed our recommendation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right fast. We'll either repair or replace it at no cost to you, or provide a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

The funds may take up to 10 business working days to be credited back into your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
